Siena Real Estate

Siena is a 665-acre retirement community made up of more than 1,800 homes. It is located in the southern part of Summerlin. The homes, developed by the Sunrise Colony Company, are situated behind gates guarded around the clock for the resident's utmost safety.

Fashioned after the Italian town of Siena, there is a definite Mediterranean feel to the community. Siena is an active, age-restricted community with plenty of activities for seniors. Eighty percent of the households require at least one resident to be 55 or older; the remaining homes require a resident to be at least 50.

Made up of 17 distinct home designs, prices range from $300,000 to over $1,000,000. Homes range from 1,040 to 3,200 square feet. Many of the homes surround the 18-hole Siena golf course. Other neighborhood amenities include,
a fitness center with pools, tennis and workout equipment; a clubhouse and community center; hiking and biking trails; and Lake Siena, a man-made lake featuring 40-foot waterfalls.

Nearby Summerlin has a plethora of amenities including 18 major parks, 80 neighborhood parks and several golf courses. Many lakes and waterfalls are scattered about the town. Summerlin has many fine restaurants, retail stores and entertainment venues.

The 215 is a stones throw away with easy access to the entire Las Vegas Valley.
