Sunrise Valley is the area adjacent to Sunrise Mountain and Sunrise Manor. This newer development is located within the City of North Las Vegas. Adjacent to Sunrise Valley, are additional master planned communities, including Aliante, Sun City Aliante and Eldorado Highlands.

There is a lot to see and do in the immediate area including, Mount Charleston, Nellis Air Force Base and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The area has a great 60-lane bowling alley, and even an ice skating rink. Area casinos include Texas Station and Jerry's Nugget. Several parks are in the area as are many hiking and biking trails. There are also plenty of outdoor sporting facilities for basketball, baseball and tennis players.

Sunrise Valley is close to all, with the City of Las Vegas just a short drive away.
