Winchester is a great community that is actually located within the City of Las Vegas. This five square mile area that makes up this neighborhood is a tiny, unincorporated town in and of itself. Winchester's population is just under 30,000 and growing rapidly. The community is bordered by Sahara on the north, Desert Inn on the south, Decatur on the west and Boulder Highway on the east.

Winchester is an ideal location for the potential homeowner to live with every amenity the area has to offer, just a few minutes away. Interstate 15 and U.S. Highway 93/95 provide easy access to all other locations in the Las Vegas valley and the airport is just a few minutes away.
